Space for building size of approximately 850,000 sf
Ideally zoned as (light) industrial
No height restrictions or minimum of 50' building height restriction

Should be located on site or in close proximity

- Sewer: 18 GPM
- Water: 48 GPM
- Fiber optic

Easy interstate access with strong transportation connections
24/7 operations and deliveries allowed
